Chase Cleckner

My name is Chase Cleckner and I am a photographer from Knoxville, TN. I am a Junior at the University of Tennessee and I am majoring in Advertising. I am absolutely in love with nature and all that it has to offer. I truly love the challenge of being a nature/adventure/story/light photographer. I got my first camera in December of 2010 and have not put my camera down since.With only a little over a year of experience under my belt, it has been an amazing experience to see God sculpt me into the photographer I am today.

I am also a lover for adventure. I am very fortunate to live close to the Smoky Mountains, which has molded me to become a huge fan of hiking and climbing. I desire to take my camera to limits other people wouldn’t dare. I cannot wait to go to many new places and see what God has created for us to enjoy. Its all about the adventure folks. Its time to capture that amazing light we are all obsessed with and also tell the stories behind the photographs.

As you can tell I am a story teller at heart. Since I was a little kid I liked story time. Still to this day there is nothing better than sitting down with friends and family to tell them the stories behind my photographs. To share the emotion, frustration, joy, amazement; and exactly what was going on in that exact moment when I clicked the shutter.
