CarePAK PLUS offers protection from accidental damage such as drops, spills, power surges, and more including normal wear and tear, beyond the standard warranty period. With a CarePAK PLUS, a damaged product will be repaired to good working condition or replaced with an equivalent product.
This warranty is an extension of the manufacturer's normal warranty on the equipment for an additional period of 2 (two) years. The video equipment will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications or we shall repair equipment to operate properly at no charge to you (this includes parts and labor and head replacement when necessary). Such service, repairs or adjustment of this equipment is assured the original purchaser only. The flash/lighting equipment registered below is guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase or we shall repair same to operate properly.
