Use color correction gels to improve the color balance in your images whenever shooting indoors or outdoors with flash. Attach the appropriate color correction gel(s) to your flash to adjust its color temperature to match the color temperature of the ambient light sources in your scene.
Soften and shape light, fill shadows, create or prevent lens flare, and control the background, accent, or hair light.
