Stream from Anywhere

Connect to the internet using Wi-Fi 5 or Ethernet (via USB-C adapter) via your home/work network or cellular hotspot. Zato Connect is an ideal solution for live streaming in the field, the studio, or practically anywhere else. Mount it directly on a DSLR or mirrorless camera, but it's equally at home next to a multi-input switcher, such as our AtomX Cast, or a gaming console for a fully computerless streaming workflow. MULTIPLE I/O

HDMI & USB UVC.

Even though it's incredibly compact, Zato Connect has input and output ports for both HDMI and USB UVC. It accepts a wide variety of video sources and can output a live stream – or appear to a computer as a webcam source. It also comes with a 3.5mm audio jack for mic or line inputs, and you can monitor audio via a dedicated headphone output.

Record and Restream

You can record an HDMI or Webcam input or your ongoing livestream or presentation as a backup. Recordings are to an SD card in the bandwidth and storage-friendly H.264 format. You can then use these recordings to stream “as live”. It's the best of all worlds.

Put Audio in the Mix

Zato Connect includes an audio mixer, which can be used to adjust and combine audio signals from the 3.5mm analog input with the embedded audio from HDMI and USB UVC sources. Each channel can be adjusted independently and mixed down to a single stereo track for a livestream, recording, or video presentation.

Configurable Picture-in-Picture

Zato Connect supports Picture-in-Picture (PiP) with easy-to-use presets, but also gives you all the controls you need to make on-the-fly adjustments to your PiP configuration, including PiP size, PiP position, and a PiP source selector.

Go Live or As Live!

Each livestream can be recorded as local H.264 backup to an SD card. With the ability to combine recorded sources with live content, it's possible to take one of these recordings and stream the content “as live” with Zato Connect.
