Go further and see farther with the ZOOM Digital Monocular.

Powerful magnification features, image stabilization, built-in wireless connectivity and more all packed in a sleek and compact design. Zoom into subjects at sporting events, nature walks, and more—quickly, clearly, and with ease. With the ZOOM in hand, see all the details you've been missing.

See It All with the ZOOM

Moments come and go and sometimes they may be too far in the distance to fully appreciate. Not anymore. With the ZOOM Digital Monocular you can bring the action closer quickly and easily and appreciate those moments as if you're right in the middle of them.

One-Touch Telephoto Magnification from 100mm to 400mm Optical + 800mm Digital.

Enhance your view with a 100mm optical telephoto zoom, and get even closer with one touch of a button to 400mm optical! If the scene still seems too far away, use the step zoom to directly jump to 800mm digital to close the gap even more. See details you thought were out of reach, from sports, to wildlife, while traveling and so much more.

Compact and Lightweight

Weighing just over 5oz and impressively compact and comfortable to use, the ZOOM is ideal to take with you almost anywhere. Whether hiking, traveling, at a soccer game or wherever you go, it's convenient to carry, easy to use, and fits perfectly in your pocket, backpack or purse, so you can leave those heavier binoculars behind.

Clear, Vivid Views

The Electronic Viewfinder (EVF) is a 0.39-inch XGA OLED-based display featuring approximately 2.36 million dots and 59.94fps (frames per second) so you get a clear, vivid scene to enjoy whether viewing, taking pictures or recording video.

Simple Operation

The buttons on the ZOOM Digital Monocular are convenient to reach and use so you can quickly power it on, cycle the menu, zoom in and out, or even choose to grab a quick photo or record a video. There's even a dioptic adjustment dial so you can customize the viewfinder to what's most comfortable for you.

Optical Image Stabilization for Shake Correction

The ZOOM's Optical Image Stabilization (IS) technology helps ensure that the view through the Electronic Viewfinder is clear and steady. The Powered IS helps even subtle shake such as when the user breathes to be corrected, while Dual Sensing IS corrects stronger shake - ideal for long viewing times and when following moving subjects.

Auto Focus with Face Tracking when Viewing through the Electronic Viewfinder

The ZOOM Digital Monocular features fast Auto Focus that helps you view and capture the moment clearly. The additional Face Tracking feature helps detect and track faces when looking through the electronic viewfinder so you can lock onto a subject and keep it in focus for the duration of your attention, even when there's fast-moving action like at a sporting event.

12.0 Megapixel CMOS Sensor

The ZOOM is a great device for telephoto viewing as a monocular, and also features a 12 Megapixel CMOS sensor for capturing still photos.1 See a moment that you want to share or revisit? Just grip, look, shoot to save onto the microSD memory card.

Full HD 1080p 30fps Video Recording

The ZOOM gives you a variety of ways to enjoy the game, the sights, and the moments. You can also record and save video in Full HD at approx. 30 frames per second with just the touch of a button.

Remote Live View Shooting

With built-in Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® technology you can connect your ZOOM to your compatible mobile device using Canon's free Camera Connect app. Once paired, you can use the app to view what's seen through the monocular's viewfinder and remotely control the ZOOM to take pictures and record video.

Share Images and Videos from your Mobile Device

Easily preview images and videos and transfer them to your mobile device! Just connect your ZOOM to the Canon Camera Connect app to transfer your content from the microSD card to your device to view and share anytime.

Built-in Microphone

The ZOOM features a built-in stereo microphone to capture audio when recording video so you not only get the sights, but the sounds as well.

USB-C Terminal

The USB-C digital terminal allows you to fully charge and re-charge the built-in battery—no external or additional batteries required.

microSD Card Slot

Take advantage of the microSD card slot by inserting the memory card and shooting still images or Full HD video to save, store and share. You can even transfer the content from the card to your compatible mobile device using the free Canon Camera Connect app.
