Compatible with the new EOS 70D, the BG-E14 accepts one or two LP-E6 Li-Ion battery packs - effectively doubling the camera's battery life. The grip can also accept (6) AA batteries as well as the optional AC Adapter (ACK-E6).

The grip features it's own shutter release button, main dial, multi-controller, AF point selection button, AE/FE lock button, AF start button, and multi-function button for improved and versatile handling.
