Store Location: Melrose, MA

We are looking for that exceptional individual who is not only passionate about photography but also shares our Customer Service philosophy to give every customer a positive experience.

The primary responsibility of this full-time position will be assisting customers with their rental and repair needs.

Other job responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Cleaning, testing and prepping rental orders;
• Processing rental pickups and returns;
• Organizing and tracking inventory;
• Keeping customers updated through the repair process.

Scheduled availability includes opening and closing shifts as well as weekends.

 

Successful candidates should have superb technical knowledge of both photo and video equipment.
