Ben Walker

I'm Ben, I'm 15 and I live south of Seattle, Washington. My grandpa started me in photography with a little point & shoot about 3 years ago. He’s always been big on nature photography and now so am I. He’s taught me everything I know and he’s been there from when I shot in “auto” mode to now, where I can freely photograph with all the settings of my camera and am comfortable enough with my camera to use it and my left brain to their full potentials. I enjoy photographing anything from close up, macros, to capturing the big picture. I’ve used a Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX1, Canon G9 and currently use the Canon EOS Rebel T2i for its portability, straightforward use, and Canon lenses, but have experience with a 5D Mark II and the Canon EOS 7D. I hope to continue photographing for as long as I live, it has taught me a lot that I feel will carry over to when I grow up and start a life of my own, until then, it's just me and my camera.
