Local Sales Tax
If the order is shipped within the states of Massachusetts, Maine or Rhode Island, the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total charge. If you have resale or tax exempt status, you will be required to fax the appropriate forms and/or registration certificates to us. If that is the case, please make your order by Phone, Fax or E-Mail.
We do not collect tax for orders shipped out of our local area, which would be to any state except Massachusetts, Maine of Rhode Island.
Tax Exempt
Government, education, non-profit organizations, public charities, churches and other religious organizations may have tax exempt status in our local area. Once approved, customers may make tax-exempt purchases on behalf of their organizations online.
