|Placing a Pre-Order
Since popular technology products are often in very high demand we will often allow our customers to
place orders for products that have not yet been released. Placing a pre-order will allow you to
reserve a spot "in line" so when that product is released by the manufacturer you will receive
one on a first-in, first-out basis.
At times we will show an estimated arrival date of a product (ETA). While we try to be as accurate
as possible this is only an estimated arrival date and many times product will arrive earlier or later
than this date. Both the quantities received from the vendor and the number of pre-orders that were
placed will determine whether or not your order will be filled from that particular shipment.
Other facts about placing a pre-order:
Pre-oders are placed just as you would an in-stock order.
Pre-orders may be placed online 24 hours a day.
Pre-orders may be placed by phone Mon-Fri (9am-6pm EST)
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is set to ship.
You may cancel a pre-order anytime prior to its shipment.
There is never a charge to place a pre-order.
