Occasionally on "Multi-item Orders", a portion of your order may not be shippable due to an item being on backorder. If this occurs you will only be charged for the items that were shipped. The remaining items will be shipped via UPS Ground as soon as they arrive. All shipping charges are charged during the first shipment. You will never be charged twice for the shipping of backordered items.

Occassionally on "Bundle" orders, a portion of your order may not be shippable due to an out-of-stock situation on one or more of the bundled items. In this situation your order will be charged in full at the time of the first shipment. Any backordered items will ship as soon as they arrive in-stock and no additional charges will be needed.

If the item that is out-of-stock is the "main" product or affects the normal operation of the "main" product we will place the entire order on hold. Example: If you purchase a digital camera bundle and the camera itself is on backorder while the extra memory cards and batteries are in-stock we will NOT ship your order since the memory cards and batteries are unusable until the camera arrives. You will be notified of this product backorder by our order processing or customer service staff via e-mail or phone.
