Placing a Backorder Main Menu

Since popular technology products are often in very high demand we allow our customers to place backorders. When you place a back order you are ordering a product that is currently out of stock. Many times we will show an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) which shows the estimated date we expect to receive our next shipment. The amount of backorders that were placed and the quantities that we receive will determine whether or not your order will be filled from that particular shipment.

If a backorder is placed on a product that becomes discontinued we will notify you as soon as we receive this information and your order will automatically be cancelled.

Other facts about placing backorders:

  • Backoders are placed just as you would an in-stock order.
  • Backorders may be placed online 24 hours a day.
  • Backorders may be placed by phone Mon-Fri (9am-6pm EST)
  • Your credit card will not be charged until your order is set to ship.
  • You may cancel a backorder anytime prior to its shipment.
  • There is never a charge to place a product on backorder.
